Hometown care beyond compare...since 2003!

Leola Young, Dee Darden, and Terri Clophus

This season, our Caregivers in the Community spotlight shines on three members of the Stay at Home team – Leola Young, Dee Darden, and Terri Clophus. All are active members of the Faith Tabernacle Church in Wake Forest.

Leola’s husband, Pastor James A. Young, started the ministry five years ago with an outreach focus on the low-income area of downtown Wake Forest. In their first year, they conducted a back-to-school outreach day at the Alston-Massenburg Center where community children received school supplies, enjoyed lunch, and participated in arts and crafts as well as basketball fun. In their most recent activity, the Church assisted the Dubois Alumni in restoring the Dubois Gym downtown. Church members held a clean-up work day at the historical center and coordinated an outreach day where the community enjoyed good food, fellowship, and fun.

Wake Forest and Stay at Home Senior Care are blessed to have these wonderful women in our communities!
